It is recommended to give priority to international express DHL, FEDEX, UPS, which will generally be delivered within 5-9 days. If the timeliness of cargo transportation is not high, you can consider some special line package transportation lines, such as: EMS. sinostar, 4PX, SF express, etc. Each region and country has many different options. Please consult the mode of transportation before placing an order.

Regarding the device recall, when the device is not working properly, we will evaluate the operation of the device, and the device will be recommended for recall if the customer cannot repair or solve it remotely.

In two cases, 1. If the device itself is defective and needs to be recalled, we will bear all shipping costs. 2. If the device cannot work normally due to improper use by the customer and needs to be returned to the factory for repair, the customer shall bear the shipping costs.

We will distribute some gift cards during the Black Friday period, which will offer ultra-low discounts or even free. Please keep an eye on our social media account.

Each product has a separate box. Depending on the number of orders, we will pack boxes of different specifications, each of which is made of environmentally friendly materials and is durable.
