Overview

Our refund and return policy only applies to devices within the warranty period or service period. If the warranty period or service period has expired, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange service.
Regarding return/exchange eligibility, one of the following terms must be met:

  1. The device is in its original packaging, unopened and unused, and within 30 days,
  2. The device is confirmed to have quality defects,
  3. The device is damaged during the warranty period and must be returned to the factory for repair after confirmation by the supplier,
  4. After negotiation with the supplier, a consensus on return and exchange is reached.

Accessories cannot be returned unless there is a proven quality problem,
Software development and service products cannot be returned.
Other non-returnable items:

  1. Gift cards,
  2. Downloadable software products,

In some cases, only partial refunds are allowed:

  1. Electronic products with obvious signs of use,
  2. Any items that are not in their original condition,
  3. Damaged or missing parts due to reasons other than the manufacturer,
  4. Any items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds


1.Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you to let you know we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the money will be credited to the original payment account within a 20-day period.

Delayed or Lost Refunds


If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your bank manager, it usually takes some processing time before the refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@quetrix.com.

Replacements


We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email info@quetrix.com and send your item to the address specified by the manufacturer.

Shipping Returns


1.To return your product, you should mail the product to the address specified by the manufacturer. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of the return shipment yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

2.Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

3.If you are returning a more expensive item, you may consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4.If the return/exchange is due to manufacturer reasons, the shipping costs will be borne by the manufacturer.
